Our client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Metrology Operator - Intermediate for their Santa Clara, CA location.

Responsibilities:

Perform operation of assigned semiconductor process and metrology equipment.
Perform basic system qualification of assigned semiconductor process equipment.
Support process demonstrations for internal and external customers.
Compile and maintain process data, documentation, and specifications.
Use real-time databases to monitor, enter, and track equipment and production performance data.
Work schedules may include compressed or alternative workweek shifts to support business needs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the employer and/or client

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree, associate degree, or relevant technical certification preferred with 1+ years of semiconductor industry experience, or 5+ years of semiconductor fab production and/or R&D experience.
Bachelor's degree is acceptable with relevant hands-on experience.
Advanced degrees are not required.
Hands-on experience operating semiconductor processing equipment, including Metrology, PVD, CVD, RTP, Etch, ECP, Clean, Metal Deposition, and Lithography equipment.
Reasonable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Moderate oral and written communication skills.
Comfortable working with and around hazardous materials.
Experience interfacing with members of various departments.
Reasonable understanding of cleanroom protocols.
Reasonable organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills, including keyboard use, data entry, and navigation of software applications.
Strong attention to detail.
