Job Description :
We are seeking an experiencedMES Support Engineer with strong expertise inSolumina MES platform to provideL2 production support and ensure smooth operation of manufacturing execution systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MES applications, incident management, and production support within manufacturing environments.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ProvideL2 production support for MES applications, specificallySolumina MES
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability
- Analyze and resolveincident tickets, defects, and user-reported issues within SLA timelines
- Performroot cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Coordinate with L3/support teams for complex issues and enhancements
- SupportMES integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and shop floor systems
- Manage and maintainbatch jobs, workflows, and data transactions within MES
- Participate inrelease deployments, patching, and environment support
- Maintain proper documentation for incidents, fixes, and system processes
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality standards
