MERN Stack Full-Stack Developer
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a Talent Management Portal usingReact.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  • Build employee dashboards, scoring engines, and analytics features.
  • Develop ETL/data integration pipelines from Workday, LMS, databases, and Excel sources.
  • ImplementRole-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure handling of HR data.
  • Develop APIs, reports, charts, and performance insights dashboards.
  • Write clean, tested, and maintainable code following Git-based development practices.
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience withMERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Experience inREST API development, RBAC, Authentication & Authorization.
  • Strong knowledge ofSQL, Data Modeling, ETL/Data Integration Pipelines.
  • Experience with dashboard development using Chart.js/D3.js/Highcharts.
  • Familiarity with Git, code reviews, unit testing, and secure application development.
Preferred Skills
  • Workday or HR systems integration.
  • AI/NLP-based scoring or text analytics.
  • Experience handling confidential HR/employee data.
