**About the Role**
We are looking for a skilled **MERN Stack Developer** with 3â€"6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will work across both frontend and backend technologies, delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop **end-to-end web applications** using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Build responsive and interactive **user interfaces** using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Develop and maintain robust **backend services and RESTful APIs** using Node.js and Express.js
- Integrate frontend components with backend services and ensure seamless data flow
- Work with **databases (MongoDB)** for data modeling, storage, and retrieval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and QA to deliver business requirements
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Participate in **Agile ceremonies** such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Work with version control systems and support deployment and release processes
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Strong proficiency in **JavaScript (ES6+)**
- Hands-on experience with **React.js** for frontend development
- Experience with **Node.js and Express.js** for backend development
- Good knowledge of **MongoDB** and database design concepts
- Experience in building and consuming **REST APIs**
- Proficiency with **HTML5, CSS3** and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with **Git / version control systems**
- Understanding of **Agile development methodologies**
**Good to Have**
- Experience with **Redux / state management libraries**
- Exposure to **Docker / cloud environments**
- Knowledge of **authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)**
- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines**
