Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development skills and experience building secure, high-performance applications.

Experience-Based Salary

• 2–4 Years: $80,000–$105,000 per year

• 4–6 Years: $105,000–$130,000 per year

• 6–8 Years: $130,000–$150,000 per year

Salary estimates vary by employer, location, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

• Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases.

• Integrate frontend components with backend services and third-party APIs.

• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.

• Troubleshoot bugs and optimize application performance.

• Implement authentication, authorization, and web security best practices.

• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional development teams.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Required Skills

• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs.

• Database: MongoDB, database modeling, and query optimization.

• Tools: Git, GitHub, npm, and debugging tools.

• Additional Skills: Responsive design, authentication, API integration, and web security.

• Preferred: TypeScript, Redux, Next.js, Docker, AWS, or Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–8 years of relevant full-stack development experience.

• Experience building and deploying production-ready web applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
