Merchant Success Analyst Bilingual

We're Looking For People Who:

✅Speak one or more of these languages fluently on top of English: French, German, Polish, Czech, or Spanish
✅Have 2+ years of customer-facing experience(any industry - retail, hospitality, call centers, support desks, etc.)
✅Enjoy helping peoplesolve problems and feel confident
✅Are willing to learn about cybersecurity and compliance (no prior experience needed!)

What You'll Do

You'll be the friendly voice helping merchants use our platform. Your day-to-day:

• Answer questions from merchants via phone, email, and chat

• Guide them through step-by-step processes on our platform

• Explain things in simple, clear language (we'll teach you what to say!)

• Document your conversations and flag when someone needs extra help

• Work with your team to continuously improve

No cybersecurity background required. We provide full training on everything technical.

What We're Really Looking For

• Communication skills - You can explain things clearly and make people feel at ease

• Patience and empathy - You genuinely want to help people succeed

• Attention to detail - You follow processes and document things accurately

• Adaptability - You're comfortable learning new systems and topics

• Language skills - Fluent in English + at least one of: French, German, Polish, Czech, Spanish
