Job Title: Merchant II - Kids Apparel
Location: Beaverton, OR
Salary Range: $30-35 per hour

Introduction

This position is part of the North America Merchandising function, focusing on kids' apparel. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product success and consumer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel (v lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with Keynote and Outlook
• Understanding of retail/marketplace dynamics
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative spirit
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior work experience in the industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience contributing to new concepts, projects, or ideas
• Experience in analyzing business and consumer trends

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support Lead Merchants throughout the seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) process
• Help communicate seasonal product updates to marketplace and Nike Direct partners
• Assist in the creation and sharing of seasonal information, including managing samples
• Support alignment with sport-focused teams to ensure a cohesive product offering in the marketplace
• Contribute to product assortment planning and line reviews through data-driven insights
