We are committed to creating a supportive environment for both our clients and our team members.## Job TitleMental Health Professional / Psychotherapist## Job LocationInternational## Responsibilities* Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.* Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families.* Maintain accurate and confidential client records.* Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff.* Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education.* Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health.## Qualifications* Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.* Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.* Experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy, and working with diverse populations.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.* Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.* Passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical and compassionate care.## Required Skills* Mental health expertise* Mentoring abilities* Strong communication skills* Community engagement## Years of Experience0-5 years
