Crunch Fitness is looking for an energetic, personable, and motivated Membership Advisor to help drive membership growth while creating an exceptional experience for every member and guest.
If you enjoy sales, customer service, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with Crunch. Fitness experience is a plus, but strong sales and customer-service experience is equally valuable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate membership and personal training sales while working toward individual and club goals.
- Welcome prospective members, conduct engaging club tours, and communicate the value of Crunch membership.
- Manage guest registration and consistently follow up with leads, guests, referrals, and prospective members.
- Use VFP software for lead generation, tracking, and follow-up; training provided.
- Participate in sales promotions, referral campaigns, contests, community events, and local outreach.
- Promote personal training, retail products, club programs, and other approved services.
- Greet and assist members and guests and provide information about club facilities, services, programs, promotions, and schedules.
- Build positive member relationships, encourage engagement and retention, and respond to routine questions or concerns.
- Process membership payments and retail transactions accurately and maintain accurate guest, sales, and membership information.
- Keep the front desk and surrounding areas clean, organized, and welcoming and complete assigned opening and closing responsibilities.
- Work with the club team on meetings, training, special events, projects, and member or sales opportunities.
- Follow all club policies, procedures, safety standards, and Employee Handbook guidelines.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong reading and writing skills and fluency in English
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn club management and sales software
- Sales experience preferred; fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable speaking with prospective members and asking for the sale
- Friendly, outgoing, professional, and approachable personality
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to build relationships
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
