Summary:

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan (MAPD) experience
• Experience with State (CA Company) and CMS files
• Knowledge of basic principles of finance, accounting, bookkeeping, and billing procedures

Responsibilities:

• Investigate payment discrepancies
• Resolve member inquiries
• Understand enrollment operations
• Manage Medicare membership enrollment and reconciliation
