Pay From: $21 Per Hour
MUST:
Experience Medical Receptionist
2+years of current Medical Receptionist experience
Must bilingual Spanish and English speaking
Must have experience handling legal, medical, and/or auto accidents
Must have insurance verification experience
Must have strong scheduling experience
Must be tech savvy
Experience working in Orthopedic and/or Physical Therapy is highly preferred
Knowledge of work Workmen’s compensation is highly preferred
DUTIES:
Medical Receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Answer phones
Schedule appointments
Check patients in and out
Verify insurance
Document detailed notes in EMR
Review paperwork with patients
Provide support as needed
Handle translations for Spanish speaking patients
