Overview

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and providing medication management for adults with a wide range of mental health conditions.
  • Providing ongoing follow‑up care, including monitoring treatment response, side effects, and safety.
  • Conducting medical and psychiatric screening for candidates in our ketamine‑assisted psychotherapy (KAP) program, following established clinic protocols.
  • Working interdisciplinarily with psychotherapists, registered nurses, and program coordinators to deliver coordinated, team‑based care.
  • Practicing integrative, patient‑centered care in alignment with our whole‑person, trauma‑informed philosophy.

What Makes This Role Special

This is not a typical large‑system job. At Lonerock, you will:

  • Be part of a small, agile team doing genuinely innovative outpatient psychiatry.
  • Have a front‑row seat—and an active role—in a well‑established, best‑practice ketamine‑assisted psychotherapy program that is transforming how patients experience healing.
  • Work alongside talented, dedicated colleagues who care deeply about quality, ethics, and patient experience.
  • Enjoy an outpatient schedule with no inpatient rounding, and the ability to build long‑term relationships with patients.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s degree or higher and current licensure as a PA‑C or Nurse Practitioner.
  • PMHNP strongly preferred, or demonstrated psychiatric experience as an NP/PA.
  • DEA license, or eligibility to obtain one within 90 days.
  • 1+ years of psychiatric clinical experience preferred (strong new graduates with relevant psych training considered).
  • Strong diagnostic and pharmacologic skills in outpatient psychiatry.
  • Collaborative, compassionate approach to patient care and teamwork.
  • Commitment to inclusive, affirming care for LGBTQ+ patients and all communities we serve.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with eligibility for production‑based incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and HSA contribution.
  • 401(k) with employer contribution.
  • Paid time off and continuing education support.
  • A warm, fun, inclusive workplace culture.
  • The chance to do work that genuinely changes lives.

Our Values

Lonerock Clinic is proudly women‑owned and deeply committed to LGBTQ+ inclusive care. We believe every patient deserves dignity, evidence‑based treatment, and a provider who truly sees them. If that resonates with you, we’d love to meet you.

Lonerock Clinic LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
