Position Overview
As part of our front office team, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see. Your role will include:

• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments

• Greeting and checking in patients

• Verifying demographics, insurance, and financial information

• Ensuring daily balancing is accurate

• Keeping patients informed about their appointments

• Traveling to different offices as needed based on demand

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine enjoyment of working with people

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Course in medical terminology (preferred)

• At least one year of work experience, ideally in a medical office setting
