Title: Medical Director, Primary Care
Location:Trenton, NJ (Onsite)
Employment Type:Full Time - Mon-Fri 08:00am-04:00pm
Compensation:
Pay Range: $164,600-$260,000 Per Year
Description:
• This role involves overseeing clinical operations for a primary care department within a Federally Qualified Health Center.
• The position is full-time, located onsite in Trenton, NJ, working Monday through Friday.
• Key responsibilities include supervising medical staff, developing clinical policies, and ensuring integrated patient care.
Requirements:
• MD from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in New Jersey
• Board certification in a primary care specialty
• Five years of clinical, academic, or administrative experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong community health or public health orientation
• Working knowledge of clinical procedures and healthcare standards
Qualifications:
• Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center or community health setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Additional certification in healthcare leadership or administration preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records systems
