This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while providing strong clinical leadership and operational oversight.

🩺 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Doctor of Medicine (MD)
• Active license to practice medicine inNew York State
•Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum5 years of combined clinical and administrative experience in an ambulatory care setting

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience within amulti-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or similar healthcare environment
• Bilingual inEnglish/Spanish or another language
• Strong clinical leadership and administrative experience
