Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking an experiencedMedical Director to oversee clinical operations at our growing luxury med spa. This role provides medical oversight for injectables, wellness treatments, and aesthetic procedures while ensuring compliance with Maryland regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Performinitial patient evaluations and establish treatment plans.
• Provideon-site, immediately available supervision for RNs, NPs, and PAs performing cosmetic injections (Botox, fillers, etc.).
• Prescribe medications, oversee protocols, and review charts.
• Ensure injector staff maintain propertraining, competency, and compliance.
• Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for the team.

What We’re Looking For

• ActiveMaryland MD or DO license in good standing.
• ActiveDEA license in Maryland.
• Background in medical aesthetics or dermatology highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Passion for safe, ethical, and patient-centered aesthetic care.
