Technical Management
Skill enhancement
- Accountable for providing and directing skill set expansion based on inputs from the customer, management, sales and marketing
- Accountable for upgrading own technical and managerial skills from time to time based on customer/project needs or industry/domain trends
- Identifies need for trainings and facilitates technical trainings, knowledge sharing sessions, and through external trainings. Negotiate with customer for trainings on-site if applicable

Project management
- Responsible for developing project plans and proposals inclusive of scope, schedule, budget, resources, communication, risk management, inventory management and change management for engineering projects and also that involve resources from other disciplines
- Accountable for defining project execution strategies and monitor and control to ensure deliverables are according to customer expectations and quality requirements and within agreed budgets and timelines. Coordinate with inter- disciplinary teams during project execution as needed
- Accountable for conducting frequent project status reviews with management team and customers on team accomplishments, issues and concerns
- Accountable for defining key performance Indicators for the project along with milestones and monitor them till the project completion

- Responsible for identifying/monitoring risks, planning for risk mitigation continuously

- Responsible for planning and defining systems and procedures to improve operating quality and efficiency within the team
- Accountable for adhering to engineering and quality processes/practices within the department and projects. Performs reviews and identifies improvements

- Accountable for enforcing project audits and act as needed to address the audit outcomes
