Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Mechanical Design Engineers with strong expertise in CATIA and Creo for industrial product design and sustaining engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 3D modeling, 2D drafting, GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, and engineering change management.Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and industrial products.
- Support sustaining engineering activities, product improvements, and cost optimization.
- Create 3D models and detailed 2D drawings usingCATIA andCreo.
- Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and DFMEA.
- Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and product release processes.
- Develop and validate prototypes through testing.
- Apply DFX principles to improve manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, and cost.
Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CATIA (2D & 3D modeling/drafting).
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Creo.
- Strong knowledge ofGD&T,Tolerance Stack-up,DFMEA,DFX, andMaterial Selection.
- Good understanding ofPLM basics,ECO/ECR, and Engineering Change Management.
- Exposure toFEA tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
