Pay Rate:$70,000 - $100,000

Mechanical Design Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical products and assemblies utilizing 3D CAD software
- Create engineering drawings, technical documentation, and manufacturing packages
- Perform engineering calculations related to product performance, materials, tolerances, and functionality
- Evaluate customer requirements and develop customized engineering solutions
- Support new product development and product enhancement initiatives
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to ensure efficient production
- Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of engineering improvements
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to product performance and manufacturability
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives throughout the engineering process
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong SolidWorks and 3D CAD design experience
- Mechanical design and product development experience
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and fabrication methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- 3+ years of mechanical design experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience using SolidWorks
- Experience supporting engineered products from concept through production
- Product development experience strongly preferred
