Mechanical Design Engineer

• Seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with 7–8 years of experience in automotive powertrain engineering, specifically in engine and transmission systems. The candidate should be proficient in CATIA V5/V6, technical documentation, analytical procedures, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply the skills and abilities expected of an Engineer L1.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports using scientific and technical computer applications.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and develop analytical procedures.
• Work with suppliers to ensure parts and services are requested appropriately.
• Evaluate technical proposals and prepare technical reports.
• Make technical decisions with moderate supervision.
• Report research and test results in various technical formats.
• Work independently or collaboratively with a team to achieve project goals.

Required Skills:

• 7–8 years of experience in automotive powertrain engineering, specifically engine and transmission systems.
• Strong automotive powertrain background.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 and CATIA V6.
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills.
