Role summary:

About the team:
The Marketplace Resold team manages the Resold at Walmart program, enabling customers and sellers to purchase refurbished and pre-owned products on walmart.com. This team collaborates closely with internal and external partners to drive business strategies and continuous improvement. They leverage data analysis and customer insights to optimize marketing operations and project outcomes. Focused on effective communication and strong partnerships, the team supports operational excellence and innovation to enhance customer experiences while aligning with Walmart’s overall business goals.
What you'll do:

Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Facilitate clear and transparent communication across all parties to ensure alignment and information sharing.
Monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness, setting goals and tracking progress to achieve business outcomes.
Analyze data and customer insights to inform business strategies and recommend process improvements.
Develop business cases and project plans aligned with organizational goals and financial considerations.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement technology changes and continuous improvement efforts.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and influence decision-making.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in project management with the ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, develop business cases, and support decision-making through customer and business analytics.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to build partnerships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience in developing and implementing business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Ability to monitor key performance indicators, track progress, and recommend process improvements.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Knowledge of financial management principles including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
