Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Training Specialist

Location & Schedule

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan or Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan, Canada
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: 9/80 Schedule (Every Other Friday Off). Some travel may be required to support facilitator-led training and business needs across Mosaic locations.

As an EHS Training Specialist, you'll help shape the learning experiences that prepare employees to work safely, confidently, and effectively across our operations. Based in Regina or Belle Plaine, this onsite role offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and the opportunity to partner with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professionals, operations leaders, and subject matter experts across multiple Mosaic locations. You'll lead training initiatives from concept through implementation, help drive employee development and safety performance, and contribute to how learning is delivered throughout the business. You'll thrive in this role if you're a self-starter who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and helping others succeed.

What You'll Do 

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training solutions using adult learning principles.
• Facilitate training programs and coordinate third-party certification training.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple sites to support business priorities and learning needs.
• Lead training initiatives from planning through execution using project management tools and processes.
• Evaluate and continuously improve training programs and materials.
• Develop training content using existing technologies while exploring new tools that enhance learning and efficiency.
• Ensure training programs align with regulatory requirements and the Mosaic Management System (MMS).

What You'll Need 

• High school diploma and 5+ years of related experience. 

• Experience in industrial manufacturing, operations, or Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) environments. 

• Change management experience. 

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple teams and locations. 

Bonus Points If You Have the Following 

• Post-secondary education or relevant trade certifications. 

• Experience developing training content and learning materials. 

• Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) experience. 

• Experience with audio, video, and content development software.
