About The Client:
A global professional services network and part of the Big Four, along with Client, EY, and KPMG, operating across 149 countries worldwide.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the technical design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation of SAP MDG Central Governance solutions forMDG-M (Material Master) andMDG-S (Supplier/Business Partner).
- Configure and customizeRule-Based Workflows (RBW), including complex user-agent determination.
- Design and implement validations, derivations, and business rules usingBRFplus andMDG BAdIs.
- Develop and customize user interfaces usingFloorplan Manager (FPM) andWeb Dynpro ABAP.
- Configure theData Replication Framework (DRF) to replicate master data usingSOA Services, ALE/IDocs, and RFCs.
- Develop custom technical solutions usingABAP OO, MDG APIs, and SAP enhancement frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate manufacturing and supply chain requirements into technical solutions.
- Supportdata migration, profiling, mapping, and master data loading using SAP MDG tools.
- Troubleshoot workflow, replication, and production issues through root-cause analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams, includingMM, PP, SD, and FI.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consulting.
- Strong experience implementing SAP MDG on S/4HANA.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- ABAP OO
- SAP MDG APIs
- Floorplan Manager (FPM)
- Web Dynpro ABAP
- BRFplus
- Rule-Based Workflow (RBW)
- Hands-on experience with:
- MDG-M (Material Master)
- MDG-S / MDG-BP (Supplier & Business Partner)
- Experience configuring Data Replication Framework (DRF) using:
- IDocs
- ALE
- SOA/Web Services
- RFC
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA master data tables, including:
- MARA
- MARC
- LFA1
- BUT000
- Experience working in a hybrid techno-functional role with business stakeholders.
Good-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with SAP MDG Consolidation & Mass Processing.
- Knowledge of integration with:
- SAP Ariba
- SAP IBP
- MES
- PLM
- Exposure to SAP Fiori and custom MDG tile development.
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance certification.
- Experience in Manufacturing, OEM, or Supply Chain industries.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and own end-to-end configurations.
- Excellent collaboration skills with technical and functional teams.
