Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Developer (5+ years of experience) to design| develop| customize| and support enterprise CRM solutions. The role involves leading CRM development initiatives| mentoring team members| and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop CRM solutions and integrations. Customize entities| forms| views| dashboards| workflows| business rules| and plugins. Develop APIs| integrations| and automation solutions. Perform code reviews and technical leadership. Troubleshoot performance and production issues. Collaborate with architects| analysts| and project teams. Follow SDLC| DevOps| and security best practices.
Required Skills: 5+ years of CRM development experience. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Online and On-prem both) / Power Platform. Expertise in C#| .NET| JavaScript| Power Automate| Dataverse| Plugins| Custom Workflows| Web APIs. Experience with Azure services and integrations. Strong SQL and data migration skills. Experience with CI/CD and source control tools.
Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform. Experience leading development teams. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science| Information Technology| or related field.
