Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications and working closely with the Admission team, this position helps ensure that admission marketing initiatives are timely, consistent, well organized, and aligned with McLean’s brand and enrollment priorities.

- Support the development and execution of integrated admission marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, web, and other channels.
- Coordinate marketing materials and promotional assets for admission events, fairs, open houses, and recruitment activities, working closely with Admission and Marketing and Communications colleagues.

- Maintain organized calendars, project timelines, advertising schedules, vendor information, and marketing assets related to admission initiatives.
- Coordinate and design promotional content for campus digital signage and screens, ensuring admission events and key school messaging are kept current.
- Serve as an occasional backup for admission-related daily tasks and events when additional coverage is needed, providing prospective families with a welcoming and informative introduction to McLean.
- Assist with other marketing and admission initiatives that support the School’s enrollment, visibility, and community engagement goals.
