Overview
Looking for an experienced "PTC Mathcad / Mathcad Primeā Application Support Engineer to independently manage the support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements, handling incidents, user requests, issue analysis, upgrades, and stakeholder interactions. Hands-on Mathcad expertise and capability to independently support the application.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support
Ā· Provide L2/L3 support for Mathcad applications and related engineering calculation worksheets, after root cause analysis.
Ā· Assist with issue reproduction and problem resolution.
Coordination
Ā· Work directly with client stakeholders.
Ā· Participate in ticket reviews, status meetings, and service reviews.
Primary Skill
Ā· Strong hands-on experience with:
o PTC Mathcad
o Mathcad Prime
o Engineering calculations and formula modeling
Ā· Engineering mathematics & Numerical methods
Soft Skills
Ā· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ā· Good communication skills
