Pay Rate & Schedule
$18 - $21/hour DOE | Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $21/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example,earn weekly paychecks of $1,155 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is hiring a Materials Handler to support a manufacturing production team in City of Industry, CA. This role keeps materials flowing to workstations and machines, directly supporting production output and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Move materials from machines at workstations as part of the production process
• Issue and transfer parts for production
• Assist the Production Planner and assembly stores as needed
• Apply Manufacturing System tools and principles to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain safe, organized material flow across the production floor

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to work a 5:00 AM–1:30 PM shift, Monday–Friday
• Comfortable in a shop/onshore, non-driver production role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production processes
• Reliable, team-oriented, safety-conscious
