Location : Tulsa, OK
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 8 months with possible extension
Job Description :
- Procurement or supply-chain experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with purchase requisitions / purchasing processes
- Monitoring order status and delivery requirements
- Working closely with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requests/tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow procurement policies/processes
- Ability to resolve basic supplier/internal customer issues
- Oracle procurement experience
- Procure-to-pay (P2P) experience
- Experience in oil & gas
- Experience with pipe, valves and fittings (PVF)
