Material Operations Manager

Commitment to Medserv and Client HSSEQ requirements at all times Commitment to Medserv SAI 360 safety and risk system to close open actions in a constructive and productive manner.

Provide drilling supervision for all Company Materials and Logistics activities.

Provide support to the GFR gas plant production needs.

Develop and communicate plans for the safe and efficient back loading & unloading of materials.

Recommend and implement process improvements for the successful and efficient running of the contract. Acts as Client point of contact

Manage a team of material leads, co-ordinators, supervisors and storekeepers.

Manage the lifting team & lifting equipment in a safe and responsible manner in-line with site requirements and priorities.

Manages Third Party Collections and Delivery’s Overseas corrective actions and best-case scenarios for the best outcome to the client and operations Attend both Client and Medserv meetings to plan effectively Oversight the inventory IT system Generates and shares Inventory Management Reports and interacts with clients and customers answering all queries related to Logistics and Materials management.

Ownership of Medserv Materials Management System (MMS) Liaison with on/offshore Marine Controllers, Drilling and Logistics teams to provide plans and guidance for the delivery of marine assets and services necessary for the movement of materials and personnel to and from the installation.

Maintenance of comprehensive and accurate records of materials manifests and logistics activities in PC, Live link or hard copy as required Provide notice of future requirements to Service Suppliers on all wells and production equipment and manning resource requirements and timings.

Monitor usage/consumption, infield transfers and returns of all 3rd Party Rentals by means of maintaining a Rental Register with support teams to ensure cost effective use of equipment and movement tracking.
