Job Title: Material Coordinator
Job Id:26-05190
Location: Moline, IL
Duration:12 months on W2 contract
1st shift- 6:00 am-2:30pm OT when requested (daily,) potential for weekend (Saturday)
 
Description:
 
Top 3 skillsets:
 
  • Microsoft sweet including Excel Sense of urgency Strong communicator Prev history in manufacturing environment strongly.
  •  preferred Recent warehouse experience will be looked at but this is NOT a warehouse role.
  • Years 1-3 years experienceOpen to recent grads with internships and or projects will be considered.
 
  • Maintain and improve inventory accuracy by resolving inventory discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and driving corrective actions.
  • Support the manufacturing operation as part of a cross-functional team responsible for meeting daily production goals.
  • Lead projects related to inventory accuracy, material replenishment, and material presentation for the production department of responsibility.
 
What Skills You Need
 
  • Experience with manufacturing operations, including material flow and inventory management.
  • Experience with data analysis and advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc...)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with production, warehouse, supply management, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed to support production.
 
What Makes You Standout
 
  • Experience with SAP (Materials Management / Warehouse Management modules)
  • Experience in Supply Management or Operations
  • Experience with the Client  Production System
  • Experience working with a unionized workforce
 
Education
 
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience.
 
Compensation:
 
The hourly rate for this position is between $25.00-$27.00per hour.  
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
