🎸Your Mission
As Restaurant Manager of MaryJane’s, you’ll lead daily operations with precision, personality, and passion. You’ll set the tone for elevated, high-energy service while developing a team that delivers memorable dining experiences from the first greeting to the final encore.

🎤What You’ll Do

Lead the Floor
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Be a visible, hands-on leader, setting the pace and jumping in wherever needed.

Inspire the Team
• Recruit, train, and coach a dynamic team of service professionals.
• Create a culture of accountability, recognition, and collaboration.

Deliver Exceptional Experiences
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Ensure every experience reflects Hard Rock’s signature energy and hospitality.

Drive Performance
• Manage labor, costs, and inventory to meet financial goals.
• Support revenue-driving initiatives, promotions, and upselling strategies.

Maintain Standards
• Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Ensure consistency with brand standards and operational excellence.
