Assists Project Director by analyzing data and producing meaningful reports to support business decisions. Analyzes, monitors, and reports on program performance to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Works closely with leadership and frontline staff to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and recommends strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to evaluate performance against WIOA performance indicators (e.g., employment, credential attainment, measurable skills gains).
- Generate and maintain regular performance dashboards, trackers, and reports for internal staff, leadership, and external stakeholders
- Monitor data entry related to performance outcomes in WorkInTexas for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
- Track key performance benchmarks and identify gaps, risks, and areas needing corrective action.
- Support program staff to provide technical assistance on data entry, case documentation, outcome measures, best practices, and performance expectations
- Support leadership in preparing for board, state, and federal monitoring visits, audits, and reporting deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 3 years’ experience analyzing data and producing reports
- Experience conducting trainings on policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint user
- Bachelor’s degree required.
