Role: IT Specialist

Responsibilities

·1st through to 3rd line IT, networking and infrastructure support and development

·Develop innovative IT infrastructure solutions affecting global teams

·Manage IT resources such as IP PABX, Linux web servers, application servers, printers, etc.

·Develop and implement IT best practices across global company structure

·Develop and maintain cloud services for database storage, email and Microsoft Office 365.

·Monitoring and performing server maintenance

·Implement and enhance IT security system, firewall, antivirus and remote access

·Implement backup plans and backup server switch

·Networking skills: AD, DHCP, LAN, WAN, Hyper-V, VLAN, IP PABX, Servers, POE Switches.
