Markets Lead

Hacksaw Markets is a B2B prediction-market platform that operators can use to offer prediction markets under their own brands. As theMarkets Lead, you will own the policies that markets are listed against automatically and write the rules they are resolved against. This role combines contract design with the first approval on the one-way decisions made by the Markets desk.

What you will own

• Write templates and rules that define each market type, its source and every material exception.
• Own listing policies, whitelists, caps and restricted-market lists used by the automated pipeline.
• Act as the second signature for outcomes, halts and voids proposed by analysts.
• Hire, train and lead sports pods, then extend the operating model as new verticals launch.
• Take part in the on-call rotation with Risk and operations leadership.
• Define what the Markets desk tools must do before they are built.

What you bring

• Experience writing or settling event-contract or sportsbook market rules.
• Leadership of a queue-based operations team through evenings, weekends and live incidents.
• A policy mindset: you prefer approving a repeatable rule to handling the same listing twice.
• Confidence defending a resolution to operators, market makers and regulators.
• Fluent English; another major language is an advantage.
