Location: Mountain View, CA – (Hybrid, i.e., Monday, Friday WFH and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday WFO)

Marketing Specialist – Retail Demo Production
Role Focus: Marketing Production • Creative/Digital Production • Retail Demo Experiences • Agency/Vendor Management • Product Marketing
Seeking aMarketing Specialist / Creative Producer to manage customer-facing retail demo experiences for Health & Home consumer technology products. This role partners withPMMs, creative teams, agencies, engineering, and retail partners to take projects from requirements through creative development, approvals, and final deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate PMM requirements intocontent, user-journey, and demo-experience briefs
- Manage1–4 external agencies/vendors, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and approvals
- Ownproject schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and launch dates
- Coordinate creative reviews and ensure feedback becomes actionable revisions
- Partner withPMMs, Creative/Brand, Engineering, agencies, and retail teams
- Coordinate agency-to-engineering handoffs andretail deployment
- Ensure experiences are customer-focused, intuitive, and aligned with brand standards
- 4–5+ years inMarketing, Creative/Digital Production, Content Production, or Project/Program Management
- Creative/digitalagency or vendor management
- End-to-end project ownership frombrief → review → approval → delivery
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience withcustomer-facing digital/content experiences
- Strong project, timeline, and priority management
- Google Docs & Slides
- Consumer technology, hardware, devices, retail, or product launches
- Product Marketing / PMM partnership
- Engineering collaboration
