Pay Range: $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Own the production and management of retail demo experiences for the Health & Home hardware portfolio.
  • Develop user journeys and content experiences based on input from Product Marketing Managers (PMMs).
  • Manage the Companion Screen program, coordinating content updates for touchscreen experiences in retail stores.
  • Oversee the development and launch of demo experiences for new hardware products, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps.
  • Manage relationships with 1–4 external creative/vendor agencies, establishing timelines and expectations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment throughout the production process.
  • Conduct creative reviews and manage revisions to maintain momentum toward critical launch deadlines.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing production, creative production, or a related field; candidates with7–9 years of experience are highly relevant.
  • Strong experience managing external agencies, vendors, or creative partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent project/program management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in creative reviews and feedback cycles.
  • Familiarity with Client Slides and Client Docs / Client Workspace.
  • Experience in retail marketing, content production, or in-store experiences.
  • Background in consumer technology, hardware, smart home, or wearables.
  • Familiarity with interactive experiences, digital displays, and product demonstrations.
  • Experience working with confidential or unreleased products.
