Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

Summary:

This role involves supporting the Marketing Communications department in managing high-volume, cross-functional, omnichannel campaigns. The position is crucial for handling seasonal spikes in activity and maintaining productivity during peak workloads. The contractor will assist with specialized skills for redesigning the public website and supporting platforms like Sitecore and Availity. Additionally, the role involves supporting initiatives aimed at improving Quality and HEDIS scores for the New York plan.

Responsibilities:

• Support the New York Government Contracts team by taking on tasks transferred to Marketing Communications.
• Manage member mailings that were previously handled by Government Contracts, requiring close project management.
• Assist the New York Operations team with transferred work requiring full-time contractor support.
• Contribute to background operations, including the approval cycle for MHI and plan-level social media.
• Participate in member outreach ad hoc projects and discussions needing full-time contractor support.
• Support initiatives to create welcoming and refreshed CSCs across the state efficiently.
• Assist with various ad hoc projects such as complex audits, Better Business Bureau assignments, branding, and more, meeting rigorous deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in JIRA.
• Proficiency in CANVA.
• Experience in corporate Managed Care Organization.
• Familiarity with New York State is preferred.
