Your Mission
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own and drive marketing initiatives from idea to execution. You will work closely with the Marketing and Inbound Sales Manager to design and automate marketing processes, improve performance, and shape our messaging. We are looking for someone energetic, eager to learn and passionate about communications. You’ll play a critical role in building a stronger, more effective customer-centric marketing engine and G2M strategy. In that sense, you'll be responsible for:Â
Support Strategy DevelopmentÂ
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapesÂ
Use insights to inform marketing strategies, content, and automation opportunitiesÂ
Marketing Funnel ManagementÂ
Develop and run lead generation campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team, aligned with sales prioritiesÂ
Analyze and improve marketing performance metrics and support the optimization of performanceÂ
Campaign Management:Â Â
Manage PPC, email, social media and PR campaigns end-to-end, from creative development to performance trackingÂ
Identify and implement opportunities for marketing and CRM automationsÂ
Content Creation:Â Â
Create compelling content across digital platforms: website, blog, email, social media, and printed materialsÂ
Ensure consistency and coherence in messaging and visual identityÂ
Cross-functional Collaboration:Â
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure unified messaging across all customer touchpoints
Support the sales team by creating sales enablement materials to improve conversion and sales effectivenessÂ
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies: briefing, timelines, and deliveryÂ
Customer Engagement:Â Â
Develop and execute communication plans for existing customersÂ
Help enhance customer engagement and retention through targeted communicationÂ
Your Story
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldÂ
3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in similar role, with a track record of running digital lead generation campaignsÂ
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and EnglishÂ
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing tools), experience with marketing automations is preferredÂ
Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of projectsÂ
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas and staying up to date with industry trends Â
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret metrics, and optimise based on what worksÂ
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
