Pay Range: $47.58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own, manage, and maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and operational planning tools.
  • Conduct daily maintenance of Outlook planners and Smartsheet reporting to ensure alignment with the operating model.
  • Schedule Marketing & Creative team meetings and coordinate cross-functional meetings with brand stakeholders.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, process gaps, and timing risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Manage and maintain attendee documentation and ensure planners are up to date.
  • Facilitate recurring meetings and partner with cross-functional teams to drive calendar alignment on organizational priorities and executive milestones.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by assessing operations to identify areas for efficiency.
  • Provide ad hoc process documentation and project management support as needed.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 4-6 years of experience in project management and operations.
  • Strong experience withOutlook, Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint, and InDesign.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and an independent thinker.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous marketing operations experience preferred.
  • Previous fashion retail experience preferred.
