YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Campaign Coordination:Coordinate and execute Marketing campaigns via CRM tools to reinforce the growth of our clients.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate with other departments to ensure optimization and smooth execution of the campaigns.
• Promotional Management: Configure and manage bonus codes, promotional images, and periodic requests for free spins/reward games.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze data to measure and report campaign performance.
• Feature Research and Testing: Conduct research and testing on new features to support the team.
• Reporting: Present monthly improvements to management and provide weekly updates to the team on new developments.
• Website Enhancement: Contribute to enhancing the website with new functionalities beyond the current features.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence would be considered a plus.
• Previous marketing or customer support experience would be a plus.
• Understanding the iGaming business is a big plus.
