The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, proactiveMarketing Project Manager to keep our fast-moving digital projects on track. You’ll manage timelines, people, and expectations across website builds, digital experiences, product launches, and campaign work. You’ll be the bridge between strategy, creative, tech, and client—keeping everything organized, aligned, and moving forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Own project timelines and deliverables from kick-off to launch

  • Manage cross-functional teams including designers, developers, strategists, and vendors

  • Build schedules and plans for websites, landing pages, AI tools, and digital campaigns

  • Be the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients

  • Set up projects in our PM tools (Smartsheet, Notion, Trello, etc.)

  • Flag risks early and manage changes, blockers, and scope creep

  • Ensure QA, documentation, and wrap-ups happen smoothly

  • Help shape better, faster, repeatable processes

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a marketing agency

  • Strong knowledge of website builds, digital campaign production, and marketing workflows

  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Airtable, Zapier) a plus

  • Comfortable managing AI-powered tools or learning fast

  • Clear, professional communication skills

  • Organized and adaptable, with a bias toward action

  • Bonus: background in creative or technical roles
