About the team

This role is responsible for shaping and promoting Lark’s brand image, supporting customer success initiatives, and driving internal operational efficiency in the Japan market. Aligned with overall business strategy, it formulates and executes effective marketing plans and activities to enhance brand awareness and accelerate business growth.

Working closely with the commercial team, this position leads cross-functional projects, organizes high-impact marketing events, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. It also serves as a vital bridge between the Japan and China teams, facilitating seamless communication, deepening customer engagement, and consistently driving influence and performance improvements.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

また、商業チームと連携しながら、部門横断型のプロジェクトを推進し、インパクトのあるマーケティングイベントを企画・実施します。さらに、日常業務のサポートに加えて、ローカルの日本チームと中国チームの架け橋としても機能し、スムーズなコミュニケーションを図りながら、顧客との関係を深め、継続的な影響力と業績向上に貢献します。

• Support the planning, preparation, onsite execution, and post-event review of exhibitions, customer events, and partner events in the Japan market. Track project progress and help drive initiatives through to completion.
• Support the day-to-day operations of official social media accounts for the Japan market, including content planning, Japanese copywriting, asset coordination, content publishing, and performance analysis.
• Maintain event and marketing data, track registrations, attendance, sales leads, and subsequent conversion, regularly organize and analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, design, operations, and external vendors. Leverage Lark, Lark-Base, and generative AI tools to improve efficiency in content production, project management, and data processing.

• 日本市場における展示会、顧客向けイベント、パートナー向けイベントの企画、準備、現場運営、振り返りをサポートします。プロジェクトの進捗を管理し、施策の着実な実行・完遂を推進します。
• 日本市場向け公式SNSアカウントの日常運用をサポートし、コンテンツの企画、日本語コピーライティング、素材の調整、投稿、効果分析などを行います。
• イベントおよびマーケティングデータを管理し、申込数、来場者数、営業リード、その後のコンバージョン状況を追跡します。定期的にデータを整理・分析し、改善に向けた提案を行います。
• 営業、カスタマーサクセス、デザインチーム、オペレーションチームおよび外部ベンダーと連携し、Lark、Lark Base、生成AIツールを活用して、コンテンツ制作、プロジェクト管理、データ処理の効率化を推進します。

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree.
• Available for a long-term internship, at least 3 working days per week, and able to commit for 6 months or more.
• Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin to facilitate clear and accurate communication with Japanese and Mandarin-speaking internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Have Internship experience in content operations, event operations, social media operations, or at a B2B company.
• Strong learning ability and execution skills, with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Lark, AI tools, or common content creation tools. Willingness to explore new tools and leverage them to improve work efficiency.
