We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Product Operations Contractor to support influencer, partnership, and brand marketing initiatives. This role will manage product ordering, inventory tracking, fulfillment, and operational processes that ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing product orders from request through delivery
• Track shipments, inventory levels, and order status
• Coordinate product fulfillment for influencer, partnership, and marketing initiatives
• Organize and maintain product inventory and storage areas
• Support seasonal inventory transitions and product assortment updates
• Prepare and package products for shipment to external partners and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate inventory and order tracking documentation
• Communicate timelines, product availability, and delivery updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely execution of marketing programs
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, operations, inventory management, project coordination, or a related function
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within apparel, retail, consumer products, or related industries
• Interest in influencer marketing, partnerships, and brand marketing
• Experience supporting inventory management, logistics, or product fulfillment processes
