Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WSA continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively
We are looking for a strategic, insight-driven digital marketing professional who combines strong performance marketing expertise with market partnership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
This is a lead-level individual contributor (IC) role within the APAC Digital Hub. As the dedicated Marketing Partner for assigned APAC markets, you will act as the primary interface between market stakeholders and the Digital Hub, understanding business and marketing priorities, translating them into actionable plans, and mobilising the right Hub capabilities to deliver against them.
Alongside this market-facing responsibility, you will bring strong performance marketing expertise across paid media, analytics, measurement, optimisation, and digital strategy, helping markets make informed marketing decisions and continuously improve performance.
As APAC markets increasingly transition away from external agency support, this role will play an important part in strengthening internal digital marketing capabilities and establishing the Digital Hub as a trusted marketing partner across the region.
Success in this role requires the ability to move seamlessly between strategic consultation, relationship management, cross-functional orchestration, and hands-on digital marketing execution, while balancing market relevance with regional and global priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary Digital Hub contact and Marketing Partner for assigned APAC markets.
Build strong, trusted relationships with market marketing teams and relevant business stakeholders.
Maintain regular and proactive engagement to understand business priorities, marketing needs, upcoming campaigns, launches, and potential challenges.
Participate in market planning discussions, business reviews, campaign reviews, and relevant marketing governance forums.
Align stakeholders on business objectives, strategic priorities, delivery timelines, decision points, and overall success criteria.
Provide strategic marketing guidance while ensuring activities remain aligned with regional and global strategy, brand standards, and established ways of working.
Represent market needs, challenges, and opportunities within the Digital Hub while helping markets understand and activate broader regional and global priorities.
Maintain clear and transparent communication around priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, and next steps.
2. Digital Hub Orchestration & Go-to-Market Enablement
Own the intake, clarification, prioritisation, and coordination of marketing requirements from assigned markets.
Translate business and marketing needs into clear, actionable briefs for Digital Hub specialists.
Mobilise and coordinate relevant Hub capabilities across Content, Creative, Website, SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Analytics.
Connect specialist workstreams into cohesive marketing solutions rather than managing individual requests in isolation.
Coordinate priorities, dependencies, timelines, and expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Support regional and global product launches and strategic initiatives by coordinating digital readiness across relevant channels and workstreams.
Identify potential delivery gaps, risks, or misalignment early and facilitate corrective action.
Facilitate collaboration between markets, Digital Hub specialists, regional/global teams, and external partners where required.
Identify opportunities to reuse and scale successful assets, campaigns, and approaches across APAC while maintaining appropriate local relevance.
3. Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and manage paid media strategies across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Other relevant digital channels
Build integrated media plans aligned with market objectives, target audiences, customer journeys, and available budgets.
Recommend channel mix, audience targeting strategies, campaign structures, and budget allocation.
Manage campaign activation, monitoring, optimisation, and continuous performance improvement.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness against agreed objectives and recommend actions to improve ROI and lead quality.
Advise markets on digital media opportunities and investment decisions based on performance data, market context, and business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale successful approaches across markets.
4. Performance Analysis & Strategic Advisory
Own or coordinate monthly and quarterly digital performance reporting for assigned markets and contribute to broader APAC reporting.
Translate campaign, website, social media, SEO, and wider digital performance into actionable business insights.
Develop clear, insight-led reporting that explains what happened, why it happened, what actions should be taken next

Use performance insights and market intelligence to inform campaign planning, channel selection, investment recommendations, and future marketing activity.
Represent Digital Hub performance and contributions in relevant market business reviews and stakeholder forums.
Bring market learnings back into the Digital Hub to help shape regional approaches, priorities, and future capabilities.
