Marketing Operations Specialist (REMOTE)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct quality assurance analysis of all email campaigns.
• Coordinate and organize digital assets for email campaigns.
• Collect and evaluate email reporting metrics.
• Maintain email calendar and send weekly updates to the Marketing team.
• Ensure that daily email activities are completed and deployed on time.
• Manage database of subscribers and growing the mailing list by making enticing content upgrades.
• Assist in content creation for email distribution.
• Assist in landing page building
• Troubleshoot and fix any problems that may happen during the generation, deployment, and delivery of emails.
• Lead social media efforts.

Competencies/Behaviors :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years professional experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and email marketing platform(s)
• Salesforce and Marketing Cloud (Pardot) experience
• SEO and Web skills
• Webinar experience
• Proficiency with social media platforms
• Excellent writing and editing skills (Must know AP Style.)
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
• Project management experience
• Detail-oriented, with excellent project management and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as with a larger team.
• Strong interpersonal traits, including confidence to interact with personnel at all levels, responsiveness, flexibility, initiative, decision-making, and tact.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times.

• Skilled in automation and list segmentation
• Paid social/ad experience
• Vimeo experience

Physical Requirements:

• Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks in front of a computer monitor.
• Ability to travel as needed for the position via airline or vehicle transportation.
• Regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, and give presentations as needed.
