Marketing & Media Manager

Summary

The Marketing and Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's services and increase brand awareness.

Essential Functions 

• Developing marketing strategies: Developing marketing plans and strategies designed to promote the company's services and increase its visibility and customer base.

• Managing marketing campaigns: Planning and executing marketing campaigns that include advertising, promotional events, and digital marketing.

• Managing the company's website and social media: Overseeing the company's website and social media presence, including creating and posting relevant and engaging content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics tooptimize reach and engagement.

• Coordinating with internal teams: Working closely with project managers, sales teams, and other internal teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's goals andobjectives.

• Managing media relations: Building andmaintaining relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and improve the company's reputation.

• Managing budgets: Developing and managing budgets for marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.

• Analyzing data: Analyzing data from marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.

• All other duties as assigned 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 

• 5+ years of experience in marketing/media

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to drive decision-making through data

• Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to test, build and scale growth marketing strategies from scratch in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

• Exceptional leader and team player with proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively independently and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
