Introduction

The role focuses on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents, and effectively presenting company or product information. The position involves providing training to ensure premium execution of marketing programs, directing and elevating consumer-facing assets, and engaging with vendors to meet marketing needs regarding timelines and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not a hard requirement.
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or research role.
• Ability to deal with highly confidential information and use discretion.
• Data entry proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of sports/athletes.
• Client Suite expertise.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with little oversight.
• Prior athlete-facing experience.
• AI familiarity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support building a new database that holds information around all company-sponsored athletes.
• Fill in data and conduct athlete research.
• Sit on the Sports Marketing team.
