Duration: 12 months contract initially
Summary:
- The EMEIA Retail Engagement and Marketing team is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to drive the execution of Retail Marketing Campaigns in support of Client Retail growth in key EMEIA markets.
Description:
- Work alongside the Regional Marketing Manager to support the development of our Country Marketing strategy and plan.
- Responsible for Marketing campaigns development and execution, partnering with global and local cross-functional teams from Retail and wider client such as Commercial, Merchandising, PR, Marcom, Services, Today at Client, Internal Communications, Store Operations and more.
- Deliver functional briefs to teams across client who bring your deliverables to life ranging from creative, interactive, paid media, search and events.
- Lead the delivery of the work in strong partnership with Marcom, with a key focus on stakeholder engagement, maintaining accuracy to the brief, deliverable & asset tracking and creating a clear campaign phasing plan.
- Work directly with external partners to ensure smooth production and execution of the core campaign assets.
- Ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to client’s standard of excellence.
- Deliver and share project summaries and campaign analysis with partners and identify learns for future improvement and performance.
Key Qualifications:
- Specific experience developing and managing integrated marketing plans and campaigns to build the best end-to-end customer journey across in-store, online and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to coordinate cross functional teams on multiple tasks and assignments of varying complexities, enabling them to meet tight deadlines and collaborate well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in a global organisation, on multi-market/language projects.
