Your Role Accountabilities
- Support the development of integrated title plans that connect business priorities, audience engagement goals, merchandising strategy, CRM touchpoints, digital experiences, product opportunities, and broader platform objectives.
- Assist with the games cross-sell initiative, coordinating co-marketing efforts for franchise games across streaming platforms, CRM, and in-game channels to drive engagement across priority intellectual properties.
- Track performance inputs, campaign learnings, regional execution notes, and process improvements to inform future title strategies, strengthen team workflows, and improve global consistency over time.
- Lead operational coordination across global priority titles, ensuring CRM/R&E, digital, creative, copy, analytics, and regional teams remain aligned on campaign objectives, key milestones, launch windows, asset availability, and approval deadlines.
- Maintain scalable planning frameworks, trackers, calendars, meeting agendas, decision logs, action items, and status documentation across pre-launch, launch, in-season, and post-campaign phases.
- Manage cross-functional approval processes by preparing materials for review, tracking feedback, documenting decisions, escalating risks, and following up with stakeholders to keep work progressing toward key milestones.
- Organize and facilitate global brainstorming sessions, planning forums, execution check-ins, post-campaign reviews, and stakeholder meetings, with a focus on clear agendas, concise recaps, actionable next steps, and continuous team alignment.
Qualifications & Experience

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize updates, capture decisions, and communicate next steps clearly to global stakeholders.
- Comfort working with and influencing cross-functional partners across merchandising, CRM/R&E, digital, product, creative, copy, analytics, franchise, marketing, and regional teams.
- Ability to operate proactively in a fast-moving environment, identify strategic or operational gaps, recommend solutions, and drive follow-through with limited oversight.
