About The Client:
A multinational technology and e-commerce company based in the United States is widely recognized as one of the world's largest online retailers. In addition to e-commerce, it is a major player in cloud computing through its cloud services division and has expanded into areas such as streaming services, artificial intelligence, and smart devices.
About The Job:
- The Marketing Operations Manager plays a key role on the team and manage email marketing programs to build Client Business brand awareness and adoption.
- This individual will manage the day-to-day execution and bar raising of global email campaigns, )act as a liaison between marketing teams and brand to identify, scope, and gather campaign requirements, and support global strategies to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of email communications.
- They will collaborate across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize projects.
- Ensure organizational adherence to WW channel best practices, along with proper platform management and upkeep.
- Collect and verify collateral from multiple stakeholders, ensure deadlines are met, clearly define responsibilities, and track as well as summarize progress.
- Compile, analyze, and present operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign impact and streamlining processes.
- Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices, processes).
- Track email best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations
